1- Trabajo de fase inicial del evento: idear el concepto y la temática del evento como su propuesta, pasando por el diseño de las creatividades, un título que atraiga y seduzca y un copy atractivo para compartir y difundir en todos los canales y plataformas (blog web, redes sociales, newsletters, mailings etc).
2- Trabajo de face intermedia: la creación del evento en material gráfico, la búsqueda del ponente y la atracción de su interés, la agenda del evento en sí, la difusión y la captación del público objetivo al cual se dirije el evento y su control de inscripciones a través de los formularios.
3- Trabajo de la fase final: evento en cuestión, fase de introducción y presentación, ponencia + networking, fase de captación de posibles clientes y material fotográfico y vídeos para la difusión del post-evento en redes sociales y blog.
